Plant-for-the-Planet
The Academy on November 4th was attended by 48 children at the Escola Municipal Vereadora Laís Peretti. At first, we introduced Plant-for-the-Planet to the children. After a day of activities, we emphasized that they were going to receive their certificate making them an Ambassador for Climate Justice, but with it the responsibility to make their projects work and take care of the Environment, teaching their friends and family too. Also, that we were coming back on the next week (November 11st), when they were finally going to plant their seedlings.
On the planting day, it was quite difficult because it wa
s raining, but at the end, it was a success. During all day, we planted 98 trees, 50 in the morning and 48 in the afternoon.
