Plant-for-the-Planet
On Saturday October 5th, 2013 the first Plant-for-the-Planet Academy was held in the city of Madrid. A total of 52 new Climate Justice Ambassadors were empowered at the beautiful spaces of Madrid’s Botanical Garden. The participants received a guided tour around the greenhouses for tropical plants. Besides the children received the donation of more than 300 small pines and oaks which will be planted over the next days. The organization of this Academy was possible thanks to the support of the company FedEx Express EMEA.
