Plant-for-the-Planet
In our third Academy in Colombia, which took place in Sopó, just outside the capital Bogotá, 59 children were empowered as Climate Justice Ambassadors. The mayor was present and the local TV channel reported about the Academy beforehand. The Academy was very well prepared by local environmentalist José Ignacio Giraldo and the three months of preparations paid off: the new Climate Justice Ambassadors are now eager to get started with their first activities and implement the Ambassador’s Pledge: to fight for climate justice.
