240 new Climate Justice Ambassadors were empowerd in Malawi

From the 14th of May to the 28th of May 2016, three Plant-for-the-Planet Academies took place in Malawi.

During this three Academies, 240 children from 30 schools in Malawi became Climate Justice Ambassadors and and planted 170 trees.

The first Academy at Chilida Primary School in Mzimba took place at the 14th of May. In total 80 children from 10 schools attended this Academy and graduated to Climate Justice Ambassadors. During the planting session 100 trees were planted.

Nearly two weeks later, at the 26th of May, another Academy took place in Blantyre. There attended also 80 children from 10 schools and in total they planted 50 trees.

Another two days later, at the 28th of May, another 80 children from 10 schools attended the Plant-for-the-Planet Academy in Mangochi. They planted 20 trees.
