Paris 2.0 – The next decade counts!

From 3rd to 14th December, country representatives from around the world will meet at the UN Climate Change Conference COP24 in Katowice, Poland, to advance the implementation of the Paris Agreement from 2015. For example, Paris Agreement called for enhanced funding for climate action, Poland COP will finalize the detailed procedure to implement those elements. That’s why this conference is of a very big political importance.

The next decade counts!

By 2030, all countries must have achieved their climate protection targets in order to meet the 1.5°C limit. That's why it counts now: The next decade is crucial to saving the future of the children. We are helping by planting 1000 billion trees. We need them to buy us time in our fight against the climate crisis.

Join us! A message for Katowice

The children and youth of Plant-for-the-Planet would like to send a message to the government representatives in Katowice. Therefore, send us a portrait of you to socialmedia@plant-for-the-planet.org by 30th of November. From all the portraits sent in, we will create a collage under the motto "The next decade counts!", which we will distribute all over the world via our social media channels.
